We accept Eftpos debit and credit cards. We do not accept cash, cheques or online payments.

We are unable to offer credit terms or payment plans at present, but we encourage pet parents to take up pet insurances, which takes all the financial worry out of the care of your four-legged family member.

If you don't have pet insurance, but would like to set up an account with us for an automatic payment, feel free to get in touch.

I think my pet needs urgent medical care, what do I do?

During regular opening hours, don't hesitant to give us a call, and we will try our best to see you as soon as possible.

Outside of opening hours, our phone line will be directed to the dedicated emergency vets in the area, and the wonderful team there will look after your pet in the meantime.

What is the price for a vaccine and what does it cover?

We are happy to discuss and administer vaccines for your beloved dog, cat, or rabbit. Each animal may need different vaccines, depending on their age and circumstances. To get a price for your pet's vaccine, feel free to give us a call.

What is the price of a spey/neuter/surgery/dental procedure for my pet?

The Vet has brand new surgical and diagnostic facilities, and a full range of equipment, to perform from routine spey and neuter, right up to orthopeadic and soft tissue surgeries. Every pet is different and we tailor each procedure to their individual needs, therefore, the cost may vary.

For an obligation-free estimate of your pet's surgery, feel free to call and talk to our friendly team. In some cases, we may ask you to bring your fluffy friend in for a free initial consultation, and work with you to come up with a treatment plan. All costs will be discussed, so there will be no surprises

What retail products can I buy from the clinic?

We stock a variety of veterinary products for dogs, cats, and small mammals, including regular and prescription pet food, as well as flea and worm treatments.

If we don't have what you are after, we can order it in for you, and let you know when it's ready for collection (usually 1-2 business days).

Do you have puppy classes?

Welcoming a new puppy to your home is an exciting journey. At the moment, unfortunately we do not offer puppy classes. However, If you have any questions about raising your new family member, we always welcome you to pop in and have a chat with our friendly and knowledgable team, or bring your puppy into the clinic for some positive socialisation regularly. Please let us know in advance prior to your visit, especially if your puppy is not yet fully vaccinated.

Do you clip nails?

We sure do, and you can book your nail clip appointment here.

If your pet is a bit anxious or really doesn’t want this done, then we may need to discuss using a sedative / anxietolytic to make things stress free. Call us beforehand if you think this might be a problem or if sedation may be required.

Do you offer grooming?

Unfortunately, not currently. The dedicated groomers train for years to do such an amazing job so we leave it to their skilled hands.

If your cat, dog or rabbit needs more than a routine groom, or requires sedation to clip those thick mats out, we are happy to assist with this. Booking is advised, as sometimes it may take longer than a routine appointment.

Do you offer end of life services?

When our pets get older, they may require extra care or medications, and more frequent visits to us to help them at this stage of their lives. Quality of life discussions are always available, and we also offer euthanasia with a variety of options for the return of your loved one’s ashes.
