Please use the form below to request a repeat prescription, but just check that your four-legged friend has been examined by one of our vets within the last 6 months as this is both a legal requirement and for the well-being of your friend.
We will rescript your medication within 24 hours and will contact you when it is ready for collection or if there are any supply issues or if the vet has any concerns.
